The ducts of the panel are pre fabricated with the intent of eliminating the deficiencies of galvanized iron ducts, especially for HVAC industry. The process of manufacturing comprises of a process which is uninterrupted while using 80 microns of aluminum foil of pre lacquered nature, having a thickness of 200mm PUF/PIR foam. The fabrications of duct portions are done with aluminium profiles. The comprehensive proprietary jointing system helps in joining. The insulation is also given by foam, and the joining systems are held by structural strength.
